PENO C is a plastic explosive for use in civil works which contains approximately 85% penthrite and an internationally approved marker substance. The product is yellowish in colour and remains plastic over a wide temperature range. PENO C is especially suitable for use in demolition to blast steel and concrete-based structures. It is also suitable for demining, IEDD and EOD operations as well as filling of shaped charges. Also, due to its good water resistance, the product can be used for underwater blasting. PENO C meets the requirements for a standard booster in accordance with EN 13631-12.
